The first trait that is my strength is pride because I want to achieve my goals that I have in life and I went to help others achieve their goals to, the second trait that is my strength is respect because if you have respect for others they’ll respect you to, the third trait that is my strength is honesty because if you life to someone or steal something from them and deny it they’ll not trust you anymore so in order to have someone's trust don’t lie and just tell the truth, the fourth trait that is my strength is tolerance because if someone is having trouble or is confused on what is going on you have to have tolerance to tell them what is going on and be tolerant when doing something in teams, and the fifth trait that is by strength is integrity because I’m willing to follow rules that are given to me constantly.

   The traits that are a work in progress are teamwork, and sportsmanship. The first trait that is a work in progress is teamwork even though I’m willing to do teamwork. I don’t want to be the only one in the team doing all the work and the rest of my team trying to take the credit of doing the work even though I did all the work. The final trait that is a work in progress is sportsmanship because I’m willing to participate with integrity and respect for others but, if I’m showing respect to others they should be willing to show respect for me too but, if not that's a problem because if someone is willing to show you respect and give you respect you should be willing to give them the same respect they're giving.
