We don't need society to survive. Statements. Health
Hi, I need help. I’m supposed to say why we don’t need society to survive health in statements
It's not entirely clear what you're asking, but I'm assuming you're trying to argue for why society doesn't need to happen (or form). If so, then you could point out that many people go off the grid and live out in the woods far from society. The drawback though is that they have to do everything themselves and cannot rely on anyone else. That means they need to
Grow food for themselvesMake sure to get clean waterBuild shelterFend off wild animalsMake sure to stay warmAvoid getting diseaseIf the person gets a disease, then they need to figure out how to cure it (if possible)and so on. That's just a small list and I'm sure its much more extensive. If a person is in society, then they can rely on others to grow food for them (eg: rely on a grocery store) and keep animals away (through the use of animal control), and you get the idea. All of these tasks can be subdivided amongst many other people so that the single person isn't overwhelmed with all this. It's the concept known as "division of labor" and "specialization in economics". Also, things like the treatment of disease is likely outside the realm of any common person's knowledge, and it's better to rely on doctors instead.
So in short, it is possible for individuals to live off the grid entirely, but doing so is vastly inefficient because of the many tasks they have to do to survive. Humans have found it much more beneficial to come together in groups to form cities, towns, etc and it's just a natural human habit.
Even if you don't account for any of this, there's the drawback of no social interaction. Unless the person is completely fine without talking to people, then they would probably miss having friends, family, loved ones, etc. Though I guess you could argue that families could still exist but society overall would not. So it depends on how you define society and how large a scope you provide.

Explain the Thomas Theorem. What does the Thomas Theorem suggest about reality? What would the Thomas Theorem suggest about the legitimacy of Santa Claus? How would the Thomas Theorem explain the belief in Santa Claus? Is the belief legitimate? Explain?
Answer and Explanation:
The Thomas Theorem shows that reality totally depends on people's beliefs about it. That's because the Thomas Theorem claims that if people define something as real, that "something" will be real within its own circumstances. In this case, the Thomas Theorem claims that belief in Santa Claus makes it real, within very specific circumstances and we can recognize this, as during Christmas we see Santa Claus in so many places that this vision creates a circumstance, where it becomes real.
In this case, the Thomas Theorem shows that the popular use of Santa Claus supports the belief that revolves around it, which makes the belief legitimate and palpable, mainly because it is a belief that no one disputes.

Describe how social roles, social norms, and scripts were evident in the Stanford prison experiment. How can this experiment be applied to everyday life? Are there any more recent examples where people started fulfilling a role and became abusive?
Answer:
During the Stanford prison experiment, the participants' acceptance of the fictional social roles they had been assigned to such an extent that they subscribed to norms that could be considered as morally reprehensible and acted according to the scripts they had about the context of imprisonment.
Explanation:
Both guards and prisoners enacted their social roles by accepting that guard were in charge and prisoners had to obey.
The way all of them acted derived from scripts developed from the common knowledge about imprisonment: guards became aggressive and cruel, while the prisoners resorted to trashing their cells as a way of rebellion.
This experiment relates to everyday life because it demonstrates that blindly following social norms can be dangerous and one should always keep a critical perspective.
Philip Zimbardo, the conductor of the Stanford Prison Experiment in 1971, has established a comparison between that event and the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, in which army troops and CIA personnel abused the prisoners of war in 2003, so that´s a great example of a recent event in which people started fulfilling a role and became abusive.

In order to finance the purchase of a property, the buyer received a loan and in return gave the lender a promissory note secured by a mortgage on the property. Subsequently, the buyer divided the property into two parcels, retaining one of the parcels and selling the other to a friend. The friend took the parcel subject to the mortgage. The buyer and the friend agreed that each would be liable for one-half of the outstanding mortgage. One year later the buyer disappeared. In India, secularism has now been pronounced by the Supreme Court of India to be a part of the basic structure of the Constitution and cannot be done away with even by a constitutional amendment.[9] Articles 25 to 28 guarantee individuals as well as groups the right to freedom of religion. However, Article 25 restricts the exercise of this right in the interests of public order, morality and health and all other rights enumerated in Part III of the Constitution. Therefore, it is constitutional for the legislature to place social welfare and reform over and above religious interests. In fact, Article 17 of the Constitution is a rare example of a penal constitutional provision which criminalizes untouchability ; a practice that can essentially be traced to Hinduism. Article 25, itself specifies that the freedom of religion cannot be used to restrict access to Hindu places of worship to upper castes. This relatively lower position that has been accorded to the freedom of religion in the Constitution is starkly different from the manner in which this has been played out in courts and political arenas in India. Many recent constitutional controversies in India have focused on religious rights. 1. How many articles in the Constitution guarantee 'Right to freedom of religion? a. 7 b. 6 c. 12 d. 9 2. Which article restricts the Right to freedom of religion under the rights enumerated in Part III of the Constitution? a. 29 b. 17 c. 25 d. 27 3. Which article criminalizes untouchability? a. 25 b. 17 c. 28 d. 29 4. What do the constitutional controversies recently focus on? a. Religious rights b. Religious tolerance c. Religious interests d.
